Q1: Can we get samples? Are they free or is there any charge?
Yes. Free samples are available if we have them in stock.
If the sample needs to be customized, sample charges apply.
Q2: What is the lead time for samples and for large orders?
Sample lead time: 1–3 days if the sample is in stock. 7–10 days for a newly produced customized sample.
Large order lead time: 15–20 days.
Q3: Can we print our logo?
Yes. We can engrave your logo on the wooden base free of charge.
We can also apply your logo to the glass via screen printing. (Printing cost applies.)
Q4: Which shipping methods are available, and how long does shipping take?
For small orders: by express service (e.g., DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx), approximately 3–7 days.
For large orders: by air, approximately 7–12 days. By sea, approximately 15–35 days.
Q5: How do you ensure quality?
First, we will send a sample for you to confirm everything. After approval, we will produce the large order exactly according to your request.
